Bitossi Home is a Bitossi Diffusione brand, created in 2007 in Montelupo Fiorentino, Tuscany. Bosa, the internationally known Venetian ceramics workshop, has been creating completely handmade objects and pieces of furniture since 1976. Thanks to the consolidated artisan experience, Bosa has undertaken a number of design challenges, creating functional objects and works of art design in collaboration with designers and businesses. Bosa products are known for their exclusive colours and finishings, such as precious metals and enamels, the fruit of the company’s natural and constant propensity towards experimentation and research.


During ‘900 the brand is deeply settled in the research of light forms, pure materials and delicate surface, with the purpose to convey art and history. The creativity and the talent of designers and architects meet the artisanal experience and the innovative technology of master glasiers to create design objects with a useful and concrete aim. The brand explicates its style in the study of the poetic dimension of the object and in the combination of ancient technics, modern and contemporary forms.

Since 1990 the creative study of Ichendorf is settled in Milan, the city of design and aesthetic research, the perfect place to express the artistic inclination. The raw materials used by Ichendorf are glass, plate glass and borosilicate, up to every material that designers need for their ideas. Everything becomes a concrete design object thanks to the master glasiers work. The Ichendorf objects arise from the encounter and return of experience and research, tradition and innovation, always with the aim of conveying beauty. Ichendorf’s collection is composed by delicate, elegant and brightening objects that find their place in our home, a human place.


IL COCCIO, an Italian brand founded in the 1960s, has always been associated with the production of humidifiers and ceramic housewares. With IL COCCIO D’AUTORE, since the 1980s the company collaborated with exceptional designers – like Alessandro Mendini and Nanda Vigo – for the creation and decoration of humidifiers. The entrepreneur Fulvio Martini acquired IL COCCIO in 2006, continuing the production and distribution of the firm’s humidifiers and accessories.

In 2010 the brand launched a „design edition“ of humidifiers created around the reissue of the famous „Fischietto“ model – designed in 1998 by Achille Castiglioni for IL COCCIO. Coordinated by Giulio Iacchetti, the collection of humidifiers can now be seen in the Il Coccio Design Edition catalogue, and is composed of pieces by renowned international designers: Fernando Brìzio, Marco Ferreri, Monica Förster, Alfredo Häberli, Giulio Iacchetti, Alberto Meda, Denis Santachiara, Patricia Urquiola. Il Coccio design edition in 2017 has become a brand in its own right: a design edition for ceramic housewares, with a focus on good design, an exceptional creative guide and a roster of carefully selected designers.


Internoitaliano is a system for the production of designer furnishings inspired by the Italian way of living, created by Giulio Iacchetti. At the heart of Internoitaliano is a production system constituted by a network of workshops and manufacturing companies that embody the excellence in the Italian ability to create top-quality products. Internoitaliano, therefore, is truly a “fabbrica diffusa”, a factory network. Internoitaliano objects enjoy a special status: they are happy objects, fruit of a 50/50 joint effort between the designer who designed them and the craftsman who lovingly made them.

Each object is, in itself, autonomous and versatile, able to take its place in a variety of settings as they evolve over time, little by little, affecting a household’s main rooms and garden. The names for all of Internoitaliano’s objects are a tribute to minor Italians towns and villages, those that are rarely celebrated, but nonetheless are just as real and representative of a suffused and authentic national identity, except for a few items that were recovered from that rather large archive of “out of production” but that are still current and representative objects.

Leonardo Sonnoli and Irene Bacchi’s visual identity project for Internoitaliano is a tale of collage. Objects, history, quality and „Italianness“ live together in a metaphysical space, absolute, white, determined only by a thin line that deliberately avoids refering to a pre-determined lifestyle. Objects accompanied by fragments, part of our domestic landscape, in other words things that “we always see but rarely look at” as a master of Italian graphic design, Michele Provinciali, said. The logo – two words run together but respectively upside down, so it can read in any location in space – is further testimony that underscores a decisive desire for freedom, embodied not only by the objects, but by the entire philosophy of Internoitaliano.


The Paola C. showroom is located in the courtyard of via Solferino 11, Milan and hosts a tableware collection based on a youthful yet refined interpretation. The Paola C. collections of objects made using a variety of materials are created by Italian and foreign designers and artists under the art direction of Aldo Cibic. Paola C.’s collaboration with Aldo Cibic started in 2000 with a series of hand-finished ceramics and a line of mouth-blown glassware. Over the years, the collection as well as the search for new materials have expanded, maintaining the goal to create practical, elegant and poetic objects. Paola C.’s commitment to offering opportunities to the young – and Aldo Cibic’s relationship with various universities – started a constant and fruitful collaboration with schools through a series of exhibitions, each dedicated to a single school. These initiatives helped create collections of products, most of which are now well-known and successful.

In 2001 Paola C. invited the Royal College of London, offering young international designers the opportunity to design new everyday and practical objects. In 2002 and 2005 the project involved Fabrica, the Benetton group international communications research center. In 2003 the invitation was extended to the young designers of the Tonji University of Shanghai and in 2011 to the young designers of Atelier Prey of the Design and Art Faculty of the Free University of Bozen. The selected objects of all collections are produced and marketed under the Paola C. brand. The research project will continue over the next years, constantly involving young talents from all over the world. Paola C. intends to propose herself as the editor of collections of contemporary and practical, simple yet out of the ordinary tableware.


Pijama was born in 2006 from an idea by Monica Battistella, fashion designer, and Sergio Gobbi, architect. As soon as they realised that Milan and its surroundings were full of abandoned fabric stocks, they decided to give them new life. It all started with scratch proof soft cases for laptops and iPods; then the family grew to include iPads and iPhones. As the years passed, Pijama has broadened its horizons to embrace a wider range of products not only in the devices market. The colorful Pijama cases can now be with you in your moments of laziness at home, while travelling, at parties and when riding your bike.

Every Pijama soft case is composed of three layers of different materials: nylon, neoprene and the external fabric that gives the final look. Each new material is approached with curiosity and a genuine passion for crazy experimentation. To be trendy, yet unique is part of Pijama’s mission. Elegant, manly and stylish, the dandy classic and the dandy collections are Pijama’s essential lines; the former always remaining the same, the latter changing in colours and patterns according to the seasonal trends. Pijama is designed in a small studio in Milan, manufactured in a small laboratory in its surroundings and the majority of its fabric suppliers are located in Northern Italy.


For centuries now, in-depth knowledge of the working of iron and steel has been the industrial heritage of the residents of the sub-alpine valleys to the north of Brescia. Lumezzane, a small town in that area, was where Serafino Zani put to good use the experience he gained while working with his father, Bernardo Lorenzo, when he founded Zani Serafino & C. back in 1963. Right from the start the company applied this centuries-old know-how, rules passed on from generation to generation, together with great attention to detail, finish and materials. Today, the Zani family continues to run the business, developing projects and manufacturing products that combine traditional craftsmanship with a unique and innovative industrial vision. All the processes involved in the manufacture of steel pots and pans, saucepans and frying pans still take place at the Lumezzane plant, confirming its own mission to produce beautiful and high-quality items.

Mediterranean cuisine calls for attention to the quality and genuineness of the ingredients used, as well as care in preparing and cooking these. As a result, cleverly designed lasting utensils are needed; utensils that combine technical innovation and aesthetics with great respect for the riches of traditional „culinary know-how“. Serafino Zani draws great inspiration for its products from the culture of traditional Italian cuisine, paying special attention to reviving and continuing those values that have always made the culture of food a fundamental aspect of the quality of life. Serafino Zani products are perfect for preparing even the most refined of dishes when time is not an issue, as well as everyday meals. They ensure you can produce healthy, well-balanced nutritional meals, while also offering some new perspectives on how to eat well, enjoying each dish while at the same time guaranteeing wellness.

Over the years, many designers have contributed to the company’s product range. Serafino Zani has thus been able to transcend mere fashion trends, offering an original and diversified series of items that make up our „domestic landscape“. The first of these designers, Tapio Wirkkala, is a master of Finnish design and has worked with Serafino Zani since the early ’80s; then there are Andries Van Onck and Iroko Takeda, F.A. Porsche, Isao Hosoe, Liliana Bonomi, Angeletti and Ruzza, Romiti and Mandelli, Marco Susani and Mario Trimarchi, Tamar Ben David, Sezgin Aksu and Silvia Suardi; last, but by no means not least, there is that great master of design, Ettore Sottsass. Together, Sottsass and Serafino Zani produced „La cucina sapiente e la tavola contenta“ [masterly cuisine and satisfied table] in 2004: a complete, systematic programme of utensils and accessories for the kitchen and table, some of which received the prestigious Red Dot Design Award 2007. Konstantin Grcic is the most recent partner, responsible for the „Passami il sale“ [pass me the salt] project, a work in progress that showcases the creativity and aristocratic essentiality of this internationally renowned German designer’s language of design.
